Where, exactly? There is no Powell River Road there. There is a Powell Valley Road near the overlook.
i dont know exactly where but i do know that they had valley and BSG FDs on the scene for traffic control..

It's on the southbound side of 23 past the overlook. They're deverting traffic through Blackwood.

It broke through partially to the other side too a bit. Should be opened back up now but I'd be careful through there and keep my eyes open if coming through. Expect some more work to be done also.
Think about this a minute. Which group is gonna run with this incident all the way to the BOS and SB? Some may think this is a valid point against consolidation now.
